The United States Supreme Court just demonstrated its neoliberal bent, when it ruled that Trump could not sack a Federal Reserve officail while ignbrung the pligt of other government employees

Respecting central bank inedpendence is/was an
important tenat of neoliberalism, designed to limit democratic inteference in setting economic policy.

But will the court be able hold firm agaunst the populist leanings of Trump as it starts its new term in October.
